Open Database
With a total of 30.005 manually labelled images of 7 different defect classes the SCI open image dataset defines a new reference for steel surface classification with the focus on comprehensive and realistic industrial image material. These images can be used to test new classification approaches and technologies on real images and, in the best case, enable significant classification improvements, which can improve the inspection results of many existing SIS.
